Adult Futbol Training (over 18 years old) 1️⃣ What’s Inside the Session? › Warm-up: Full-body activation and technical drills › Physical-Technical Circuit: Functional Training: HIIT, intermittent jumps, plyometrics, speed, agility, and endurance › Physical Soccer Circuit: Dynamic team games with physical objectives › Stretch & recovery ⚠️ No cleats allowed — turf shoes or runners only. 2️⃣ How Booking Works? › Reserve in advance — up to 5 minutes before start time, if spots are still open. › No booking = no entry, even if you hold a membership. › Arrive 15 minutes early. Sessions start and end on time. 3️⃣ Play Fair, Train Hard › This is training, not competition. › No rough play, aggression, or unsportsmanlike behavior. › Respect the game, respect the community.
